Israeli democracy: Jerusalem authorities to demolish homes of protesters

The Israeli occupation police issued an order blacklisting Palestinians in East Jerusalem who protest against the Israeli occupation.

The protesters names will be transferred to the Jerusalem municipality, which will in turn impose financial fines and house demolitions against them as a "punishment."

Haaretz newspaper said that Israeli police systematically refers the names of Palestinian protesters to the occupation municipality in Jerusalem, penalizes them and sometimes they are sent to the criminal court.

Altogether, the lists show that the municipality has carried out hundreds of enforcement activities against the people.
