British Army Offically Trolling on facebook

Proving once and for all that the British Empire is literally your grandma, a new group of soldiers described as "Facebook Warriors" are entering the digital battleground of Facebook from which to carry out operations online.

The 77th brigade of the British Army is 1500-strong and will use Facebook to spread misinformation and start false flag ops in order to provoke enemy states into reacting in whichever way they desire. What exactly this'll look like is undetermined - obviously they're not keen to give out any secrets - but presumably it involves trolling Vladimir Putin's official page in order to get him to fire the missiles, giving Great Britain an excuse to flex some muscle.

Establishing the new brigade can be seen as just another strategy in simmering war efforts increasingly moving online. ISIS and the Israeli Defence Force are both known for having special units actively engaging in social networking operations, so it's a safe bet that everybody else is doing it too. According to The Guardian, the IDF is even teaching several Western countries how to do it as well as them.
