Merry Christmas To Y'all

As starting from today its gonna be crazy in the Cass household, I want to make sure that I take a moment to tell you all
Have a very Merry Christmas (I wont mention boxing day as it doesn't exist here and I have to work boo hiss)
I hope you have everything and everyone that you need.
Lots and lots of love to all of you and yours
Love, kisses and lots of bubbly

Ps the sister arrives Monday. in the spirit of the season I will TRY not to kill her

I've always been fascinated with the idea of a warm summer Christmas like all of y'all have in Australia

The traditional Christmas dinner is goose, not turkey. Only when the stores found they couldn't sell all of their turkeys at Thanksgiving did they make turkeys "the meal" of Christmas. Also, goose is very fatty, and you gotta drain it off lots. Can be messy for an inexperienced cook.
I remember my first Christmas with my wife, I told her our family traditionally had goose for the dinner (I had never had goose and wanted to try it). It was good, but hard to get it right.
