Sydney-bred terrorist offered a $1000 bounty on Muslim Doctor that Spoke out agaist him.

But Dr Jamal Rifi, who defiantly stared down the threat and continued to label the radicals “demented lunatics” yesterday, has vowed not to be silenced.

Dr Rifi said Sharrouf and Elomar were “demented lunatics” trying to bully others into silence: “What they are doing now in the name of Islam has been ­opposed by Muslims and that is why they are hitting out.”

In solidarity with the courageous Dr Rifi, The Daily Telegraph is turning the tables on the terrorist by issuing our own “wanted’’ call on Elomar.

If you have any information on the exact location of Elomar, phone the National Security Hotline on 1800 123 400.

Better still, provide the co-ordinates of his location so we can pass them on to international authorities.

Dr Rifi, a finalist in the 2009 NSW Local Hero awards and founding member of Australian Muslim Doctors Against Violence, said last night: “Even the Grand Mufti of Australia has come out strongly against them. Are they going to try to bully everyone who speaks out?”

NSW Communities Minister Victor Dominello said: “Dr Rifi is to be commended for speaking out against these vile acts.

“His comments reflect the abhorrence we all share towards the abuse of Australian children being forced to partake in barbaric acts in a ­foreign war.”

Again there is sense in this, but unfortunately the "moderate Muslim " is a big scaredy cat, like 90% of the non Muslim population AND of course the pathetic so called "leadership" would hammer down on them just the same as it would anyone else...

our beloved police would simply round up the "fighting moderates"and have em demonised....our courts would hammer them, despite the fact they are fighting a "good fight"

There is no such thing as moderate Muslims.
There is conservative, Liberal, practicing, radical, extremist etc, which is the same within any faith, the religion is also defined by the political stance of the individual, as nobody says moderate Jew or Christian.

isnt that just playing with meanings didge??? just to muddy the waters so to speak...lets face it in the context of ISIS and "islamic war" conservative liberal practicing or devout really matters not at all....The political stance is more appropos of course, especially since unlike christianity NOW..Islam is a "wholey complete" religious AND political entity.

moreover there are extreme and moderate christians/jews/whatever...I would classify for instance these "westborough " types as "extreme" but most "mainline christians" as moderate.

It is an interesting point though how extremist Muslims are able to recruit people to their cause to fight, where the same is not replicated to fight against them, though, the Kurds are proving to being very united in doing so. If ethnic and religious divisions can be put to one side, then ISIS would be easily defeated.

unfortunately there is a degree of truth in what they say,
sadly for everyone the Muslim extremeist does not come with "terrorist" engraved on his/her forehead
add to that tthe fact that a sizeable but unknown proportion of apparantly "reasonable" Muslims, whilst not actively extremeist are likely to have sympathy with those that are
add to that the fact that many many Muslims, althought entirely peaceful and settled, dislike "western values" and western culture immensely Not really they some don't like some bits but more it is they don't like when they cant do some thing they think they should, it can be worked through but it is a case of BOTh side need to work together to work out what is an isn't acceptable.. the problem is when you have the like of BigAndy and Co that complain about them praying which is fine, doesn't hurt anyone... Generally (beside the Fundies which any religion gets) they agree with the western secular values, rule of law, non-violence etc.
It's not about giving up freedoms but expanding upon them to allow for the varying cultural desires
