My friends, it is time to lighten up by a metric fuck-ton
First topic message reminder :
Yes, there are things to take seriously in this tired old world of ours. But all our earnestness is not going to make them better.
Let us be happy warriors. Let us forever side ourselves with the jokers and the mirth-makers, forever against the doomsayers, the fuck-dick-shits, and the fucking asshole clown-dick pricks.
Let us rally our smileys and our silly songs and our goofy photos against the forces that would kill, maim, defenestrate and generally mess up our buzzes.
Let us forever rally and endeavor toward that eternal horizon, the perfect vibe.
And let us forever decline the assholes the chance to get us down.

Fuck you, asshole! The only Islam (retarded religious wishful-thinking belief system that quells fears of death) that I can tolerate is the version most divorced from the militant version. Abortions, rap music, alcohol and drugs for everybody!!!
Because in reality, we're all only here for a short time and then we go back to being inert matter like we usually were. So while we have eyes and brains, fucking have fun!

Glad to hear you aren't an Islamised lefties...... but sadly most of the lefties in UK are...!

7 days - don't worry this is a routine screening they recommend starting at age 50!!!!! its just because she just moved here that the doc wanted a baseline for all these things, mammogram etc.... 1 polyp is not bad at all for her age (66). I'm getting all my organs screened next month - part of my new health and wellness benefit from new job - its kind of cool.

I'm all excited because my doctor is getting my genome done to see what medicines will work best for me! And, of course, which won't work at all. On average, any given medication only works on 60 percent of the population.

that sounds interesting.....I know that I work better with some antibiotics better than others.....the z pack for instance....did you specifically ask for this?

Last doctor's visit, for insomnia, they sent in a nurse who asked if I wanted to do it. Totally covered by my insurance, and it's billed as something that will let me know if, for example, my thyroid meds aren't right for me (not that I think they aren't, they seem to work pretty well).
I asked if this was something new and she said no, not at least for the health companies in the same medical complex. She mentioned an oncologist group that was using it to tailor chemotherapy more effectively. I think it's very cool I was reading an article a few years ago that said this was the wave of the future in medicine, which is going to make what we're doing now look like guesswork compared to the sort of treatments they'll eventually be able to create with knowledge of patients' genomes!
