On BBC one, it's about prisoners is with mental health problems in US prisons being abused by prison guards etc...absolutely disgusting.

Raw sewage in the cells, this is happening to prisoners who are in jail for less serious things like reckless driving.

Surely there are cameras that can film all,this within the prison?
