WHO-Tube: Fallschirmjäger – The Battle of Crete 1941

Never seen this footage before, they suffered horrendous casualties on Creete and one of the failings is shown in the video how they never dropped with their weapons, but were dropped in canisters, thus they dropped with not being able to fire back covering their descent.
