What is coalition cash really being spent on?

Special vans for ' special projects', I'm sure standard Vauxhall or Ford vans would have sufficed , but the Coalition like to pay for that bit of luxury in Mercedes vans, a £27k parking bill courteous of UK border agency and amongst other things a bill for £108,000 to a public relations firm and the explanation of how this money was spent was..." Overhead incidental expenses".

Yet this coalition have introduced the deepest of cuts on its people, inflicting poverty on top of poverty and we have even had some people die due to this poverty created by the coalition,me hole they are spending money on some of the most expensive vans available and they would have been as well writing blank cheques out to their mates as we just don't know what some of this money has been spent on.
