Foreign Doctor Misses Eptopic Pregnancy & Ignores Broken Neck
17th March 2014
The English "Care" Industry:
A bungling Romanian doctor who served a nine-month suspension for failing to spot an ectopic pregnancy and discharging another patient with a broken neck has been struck off after branding her tribunal a ‘parody’. Dr Camelia Jurcut sent the mother to-be home after she complained of abdominal pain at Skegness Hospital in June 2011. But a nurse was so worried about the patient that she tried to contact the woman, the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service heard. The patient, who was eight weeks gone, was then taken by ambulance to Pilgrim Hospital, in Boston, Lincs, and diagnosed with the potentially life-threatening complication.

Well done that nurse though! Now that's someone who's good at their job!
Good job the doctor was struck off! Bloody terrible.
