Sassy has passed away
We’ve been told she died Monday 5th July.
I spoke to her on the phone just about two weeks ago and she sounded very weak.
May she rest in peace. X

I am actually crying.
Goodbye my dear friend, we spoke many times, and we were always on the same wavelength.
You will be treasured and remembered on many forums.

I'm not sure I remember her, but the name sounds familiar.
In any event it's sad to see the forum world lose another member. Ad no doubt this sadness is felt even more by her close friends and family.
RIP.

I’m so sorry you lost a dear friend, Andy. X
Sassy and I had our ups and downs over the years, sometimes we fell out terribly, but we always managed to move past it and stay friendly. We spoke a lot on Facebook messenger.
We had a couple of nice conversations over the past few months on the telephone.
I will miss that firecracker of a woman.

Re: Sassy has passed away
Sassy really wanted to do something to make the world a better place, and I always respected that. I hope that at the end of her life, she was able to look back and say, I did it.

She left before you came on board here, MD.
After Sky closed, she and Vic started Speak Freely. But Vic was a tory, and she was a strong progressive, so they soon crossed swords. They closed SF, and we all came over here. When Vic was made a mod, they continually argued until Sassy eventually left. She was bold, opinioned and strong .,, and very special.

How sad. She was certainly a character. And very spiritual from what I gathered, in a pagan witchy kinda way.
