Trump is first President to be impeached twice
On Wednesday of this week, Donald J. Trump became the first president to be impeached twice in a single term...or a double term, for that matter. He was impeached by the Democratic House of Representatives, with ten Republicans agreeing that he is a clear and present danger to the United States.
Trump was impeached for fomenting a violent insurrection against the lawful government of the United States:
With only 7-days left in his term, the impeachment is a pronouncement that trying to overthrow the lawful government of the United States, for a president, is unacceptable. However, if convicted by the Senate, other consequences will flow from the action. First, he will not receive his pension, travel and other support for the rest of his life. Second, and more important for a one-term president, he will be lawfully precluded from ever holding federal office again.
Trump has said he was planning to run again in 2004.

CBS News wrote:Washington — The House of Representatives voted to impeach President Trump for inciting an insurrection at the Capitol that left five people dead, cementing his place in history as the only president to be impeached twice in a bipartisan rebuke that was approved with unprecedented speed.
The final vote was 232 to 197, with 10 Republicans joining all 222 Democrats in supporting a single article of impeachment charging the president with "incitement of insurrection."
"We know that the president of the United State incited this insurrection, this armed rebellion, against our common country," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said ahead of the vote. "He must go. He is a clear and present danger to the nation that we all love."

Yes.
'One term of office, two impeachments' - is already a meme now.
How does anyone manage such an unfortunate - and rare - double whammy?

He's also the first president to lose the popular vote twice and be impeached twice.
