Hi, my partner, Grant has asked me to contact those internet , Facebook and forum friends to let them know he was admitted to hospital yesterday morning and is quite poorly as he has other health issues.
The hospital wouldn't let him have a phone as he is in a high dependency unit with other virus victims.
I think he calls himself Brutus here.

I am home and alive, barely. Was a really bad experience, on oxygen for 3 days in a high dependency ward, still feel absolutely shyte, so weak can barely walk, cough has gone, as has the fever and headache, but it has played havok with my stomach. You wouldn't believe the stench, bit like disentry. Lost almost a stone in 10 days.
Won't be posting a whole lot while I recuperate, they think it will take 6-8 weeks to really shake it off and I have to be mindful of a secondary dose and pneumonia , whilst my immune system. Is still compromised.
Need lots of care from my better half.
Thanks to everyone for their best wishes, I wouldn't wish THAT on anyone.......Trump excepted.

Yes. Pretty bad dose of it too. 3 bits of advice.. ISOLATE, ISOLATE and ISOLATE.
