Nearly 80% of the plastic pollution is in two major 'dumps' in the Pacific..

Cleaning up plastic pollution --  as important as it is -- will have zero impact on the greater environmental problems the likes of climate change, overpopulation or deforestation.

Nor will it affect the loss of biodiversity occuring through pesticide poisoning, urban sprawl and loss of habitat..

Then again, the likes of DYK, DopeyDawg and Gelico have consistently proven themselves to have zero science in their educations --  but they sure do like parroting those oil&mining corp'n memes and propaganda puff pieces !!!
