Outrage as activists hang effigies from a Salford bridge alongside threatening banner proclaiming 'time to level the playing field' ahead of the Tory conference

A sickening banner threatening to 'level the playing field' after '130,000 deaths' under Conservative rule has been unveiled on a bridge in Salford, with effigies hanging below it.

The message was revealed ahead of the Conservative party conference in Manchester which starts today.

A photograph of the banner and the two hanging dummies was tweeted about by Manchester Momentum who said: 'Good morning Conservatives, welcome to Manchester.'

Anyone who is naive enough to believe that Momentum is nothing other than an ordinary, well-meaning and law-abiding pressure group would be well advised to re-address their members' violent and disgusting behaviour during the campaign to secure the Labour Party leadership for their nominee Jeremy Corbyn, an avowed Marxist of long standing and a proven friend and apologist for murderous terrorist groups.

Their tactics included death and rape threats to their party opponents in the social media, bullying, intimidation and even a physical attack on the constituency office of a female MP who had opposed the Corbyn candidature.

They are also so vilely antiSemitic to the point that one woman Labour MP who opposed them had to be escorted by police officers into the House of Commons in order to represent her constituents, and even now they are behind the attempt to remove one of the party's most respected woman MPs and replace her with one of their own Marxist stooges.

They are filth. They are scum.
