My "loony conspiracy site", GLP, has been going on about HAARP for ages.  I've begun to think that half of their conspiracies aren't so loony after all! - and that's not to mention the radioactive contamination of the ocean from the Fukushima disaster that's reached the California coast which is being hushed up...
