Mum Forgives Psychopath Son Who Murdered His Four-Year-Old Sister | Good Morning Britain
In a new crime documentary with Piers Morgan, he interviews Paris Bennett who, at aged thirteen, murdered his four-year-old sister Ella by stabbing her multiple times. His mum, Charity Lee speaks to Piers and Susanna about her decision to forgive her son for his crime and whether or not she will continue to support him once he is out of prison.

Poor lady. Run!!!!
Cut off all contact once he's out. You've got the welfare of your other kids to think about.

Its very interesting what she says Jules. I really feel for the mother and understand why she has done this and its more about gaining a form of control back in her life, from what he has done. Have not watched this documentry but will do so at some point

What a cross to bear. One child killed - by her other child. Dunno how she keeps it together.

It's on ITV tonight at 9pm.
From what's been said, he is unfit to be released into society, whether that will change in 12 or 15 years time who knows.
He killed his sister, by his own admission, to make his mother suffer the loss of not just one of her children, but both of them....knowing he would be taken away from her as well.
Truly twisted.......and he still, now he is an adult, shows no real remorse.

I watched this the other night.
I didn't really see the point of it, it will be years before he will be up for parole, as it is now he is still a raging psychopath, and according to the 'experts' who watched the interview via a video link, always will be.
I hate to say it, but the mother seemed cold and detached throughout the programme.
She keeps in touch with her son regularly, so she learned absolutely nothing new about his behaviour. She knows exactly where she stands when this son is released from prison...she will cut ties with him and put her young son first without hesitation.
All in all I think this was just a showpiece for Pierce Morgan's interview skills....nothing else.
