my friend has a good one, unfortunately i don't have a picture
but he broke his leg quad biking and had to have surgery end up with a steel rod in his shin
subsequently had a big zipper scar running up his shin it sort of curves from one side to the other (i'd say they had it open like a flap to put the rod in)
so he got a centipede tattooed over/around it
the body and legs follow the scar perfectly so the shell has a natural mottled look (a bit like the shark mouth one)

That sounds so cool! I really like the idea of making a feature of scars and birthmarks with a tattoo picture.

I have an impressive 10 inch scar down the centre of my chest, a memento of my open heart surgery last year.
