They will have to take lessons and tests in their domiciled country, as the UK/EU licence they hold will be invalid after Brexit.
Blame the Brexiteers.

Luckily , common sense, which is a thing hard Brexiteers are short of, appears to be happening within all the political parties and a hard , no deal Brexit seems increasingly remote and unlikely.

On average, £1500 per Brit living in an EU country.
I'm delighted you find it trivial and slightly amusing.
I don't suppose those pensioners living to a tight budget and dependant on a car will be cheering at the Brexiteers.
Sums the brexiteers up.
