All there is left to talk about is what tariffs are we going to continue trading under with the EU after March 29th... is it going to be the same tariffs as now, another arrangement on tariffs, or on WTO tariff terms!?


And while the UK is happy to continue trading on much similar tariff terms as now (as am I)... the EU are trying to get us to sign up to a withdrawal deal that effectively keeps us in the EU... so the only answer is to leave without a deal!

That's totally unfair. Some brilliant posters seldom start threads, and dont forget that for every thread started they would be boring if others didn't contribute.

I think its pretty telling what the EU is about, we had a democratic vote to leave and all we've had from the EU is non, and don't ask us to bring a solution to the table its all up to you, its not what I see as a negotiation, that normally takes at least two parties putting forward demands/suggestions and between you reach a conclusion that's good for everyone.
It could have been a reasonable uncoupling, between adults but between the intransigent EU and the mps and others trying to scupper everything we've given the EU the perfect reason not to have a reasonable discussion on this. The French, as usual have their knives out already, trying to strip assets from Britain, so much for friends and allies.
We may as well have surrendered to Hitler then and there, maybe ideas would have softened by now, we seem to be in much the same with the EU, without the military, although there's at least a hint of Gestapo,-' you will have referendums until the get the answer right. '
