New years resolutions.
Yes...it's that time of the year again when we start to think how we can improve ourselves for the new year ahead which is fast approaching.
I will be following a 'wellness' regime, so there will be no more drinking alcohol or scoffing chocolate.
I will not be snapping at my OH just because he sulks when he loses at tennis or scrabble, and I will NOT be rising to the bait when somehalfwit poster looking for a row starts throwing petulant and childish insults around unnecessarily.
I hope other posters will follow my lead...you know you want to.

Oh, and it's quiet on here lately, so I hope other posters will post more in depth and thought provoking threads (like what this one is) to encourage sensible, civilised, intelligent debate instead of languishing on the sidelines idly reading and not contributing.
If I were a mod I would make it a clause in the contract that no one would be allowed to NOT contribute....no matter how little they knew on any given subject.
Like the perma tanned, bewigged great big leader (not Ben) says....'Lets make this forum great again'.

We've all resolved to applaud as quietly as possible, so as not to wake the neighbors. But we admire your vows...um, except the part about no wine.

Re: New years resolutions.
I resolve to stop being 'so darn nice', and just too agreeable, like a cute little
And start standing up for myself more often, like the big, bad tough wolf we all know I could be..
Err, did I make this same resolution the last couple years ? Oh well, hopefully better luck for the next year or three..

This time I'm really going to give away stuff I don't use or need rather than just move it around. My garage is going to be virtually empty and so is my attic!
