I hope it is some far right group actually. At least then it wouldn't be ordinary people. As usual, this kind of incident will give the England flag a bad name.

Here we go! Five men have been arrested after the incident, and there are complaints that they're in "danger".

I'm sure there was a woman who helped put the effigy onto the fire though. Why has she not been arrested?
