flies
Just bought some Fly Spray-sprayed myself all over,still can't fly !

Flies don't live long in my house. I don't tolerate them at any level.

Apart from the nasty bits they are important to the environment they are alternative pollinators, they are food for birds, fish etc and they clean up rotting matter. I don't want them in my house either though.

I must say, if they don't go out the window I do swipe at them. They're bloody pests, yuk.
"Pests" are to the animal kingdom, what "weeds" are to plants...
Animals only become pests when there are too many of them in the wrong place..
Imagine what this world would be like after a few months, if flies didn't exist to commence the decompostion cycles to clean up and recycle all of the dead and decaying bio-waste/organic matter out there.

Exactly. Locusts are considered pests to some, but to birds they are a feast.
