[*]Incident was captured on cell phone video on or around April 26
[*]Teacher is seen telling her students to pelt a young boy, 4, with rocks
[*]The student cries as he is hit with rocks by about six of his classmates

Its not that clear on the video, but a group of children are definitely throwing stones in the direction of two other young kids.
Its right the police are investigating.
