Her boyfriend crashed their car into another vehicle after jumping a red light
Maria lives in agony and highlighted her dramatic change in appearance in the hope of finding a doctor and raising money for medical costs

What a tragedy. But has her appearance changed solely because of the crash and her injuries or just because she's put on weight and is dressed in dowdy clothes?

Not sure which HT. She certainly was lovely before, and if she can't move around as much now, she will gain weight.
It's tragic that she has all these problems, brain damage blind at such a young age.
Did the boyfriend get arrested for this I wonder.
