What a bunch of wussy student activists -- merely wanting the statue of Rhodes removed...
If they were really serious, they could blow it up, or at least decapitate it..
Have those millenials no imagination any more ?

My thoughts exactly. When we were radicals at Berkeley, we din't wait for permission. We took matters into our own hands.
No wonder they call the current crop, snowflakes!

Oh, are you talking about the new raw water fad? I think the article said that was in silicon valley.
That's Stanford, not Berkeley. Have you heard of SUN Microsystems (now merged)? That acronym is for Stanford University Network.
When it came to radicalis, they were pussies.

Burning Man is in Black Rock, Nevada.

When those Burning Man/Silicon Valley/freakazoid types come awandering over this way, they tend to congregate up in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, centred on Nimbin, Mullumbimby and the Channon...
Then meander on up through Queensland..

Back in the 1960s Timothy Leary led with his infamous LSD-inspired chant : "Turn on, tune in, drop out !"
With todays Z-gen/millenials/freakazoids/'snowflakes', it's become more a case of : "Turn off, tune out, drop off..".
