It is a mystery how some cases get to court and some are rejected.
Seems it only takes one person on a board to have strong possibly pre set views to determine how a case should proceed.

Same with parole boards.

Maybe the way they reach their judgments should be more open to inspection by a wider group of people...maybe ones who are not so rigid in their way of thinking.

What about the person who made the accusation? They always seem to get away with it, whilst the defendant's life is ruined.

True...lives and careers are ruined when someone's name is splashed all over the papers before they have been found guilty of anything.
Most times the accuser remains anonymous....double standards.
