Boarding in twenty minutes. Had to find a charger.
I wonder if I can post from the plane?
Ben gave up and went to bed.

I think I'll take a sleeping tablet now. I plan to sleep through the next ten hours. I hate flying with a passion.
Speak to you later didge. Thanks for keeping me amused.

Have a good time eddie. Young love eh?
I went to Texas once for work. I went to Houston for one night and then came back again. It rained when I was there, and I never saw anything except one room and a shopping mall for about half an hour.

Easy peasy.
But I was thinking meeting in El Paso but neither of us has much time. I don’t have quite enough pints on Southwest to fly to DFW. Besides I don’t want intrude on their time. Junior junior is thinking about studying abroad next year for a semester at the University of Essex so I’ll go visit him and Eds at the same time.

Cool, so you get to top up "pints" with flights?
Lager or bitter?

Eh, maybe. But I've made the trip from Tucson to New Orleans many, many times. And Texas is really, really, really big. Beautiful state, but it goes on forever.
But...yeah, you could meet half-way.

Well, I guess you could do that. I'm a Texan so a day trip conjures up a drive in the car.

bwahahaha if only it was that easy.
Pints of...champagne or prosecco.
That’ll learn me from trying to type and grocery shop at the same time. Funnily enough I picked up a bottle or three.

Heck I’ve driven straight through to Houston twice. It took 15 hours with stops. That’s less than a day. Fort Stockton is a big fat nothing. I-10 is a dead deer fest.

I've done trips like that, but I don't call them day trips. Day trips are jump in the in car, go somewhere and fiddle fart around for about 5 hours and then drive back.

76 here. Seriously I need some cold please. And rain. No sign if that in the long range forecast. I bought some new sweaters in October and they’re hanging in the closet screaming to be worn.

Fine. Let’s do a swap. Stock the fridge with brisket and sausage. The Princess and I can go 2 stepping and drink cocktails
But Mr. C isn’t going because allegedly it’s prime golfing weather so you’re stuck with him.

Its 35f here...translates to 2c with a bitter wind. Low 60's is the average summer heatwave for Manchester.
Enjoy yourselves.
