Dr Foster.
The second series ended tonight.....a shock ending.
Has anyone else been watching it, if so, what did they think.

Re: Dr Foster.
I wont spoil it by saying anything then.
Rags, if you have catchup on your TV you could see both series.
I missed the first series and when everyone was raving about it I watched the 5 episodes on catchup. I watched the second series as it went out....its absolutely brilliant.
There is also another brilliant series on at the moment...LIAR, that's equally as good.

Just watched it. Hard to sympathise with either parent as it all got so toxic, and I kind of guessed the kid would go missing or die.

I haven't watched the latest liar. It finishes next week and I want to watch the two together. It's been brilliant.
Dr Foster has been both and
Last episode I wanted to strangle them both!

I've been watching Liar, and it's all quite clear now - unless there's a twist.

That poor kid, I know this was TV but it happens that kids get caught up in the middle of warring parents, it was so sad.
I thought the end was really chilling when she spoke to Tom looking into the camera....I don't blame him for buggering off, I hope he manages to stay safe .
Hopefully there will be a third series in a couple of years so we will find out.

Yes they were! The girl was a bit silly re the things she did, so she annoyed me a bit at first. Then there was a turning point for me - maybe the same one for you.

She is a bit irritating, even on the date before the rape, too coy for my liking.
On the other hand he seemed so nice and genuine. I wouldn't be very good on a jury in a rape case....I believed both of them.
The turning point for me didn't come till he asked the police woman out....then the penny dropped.

Re: Dr Foster.
Liar - same for me, I believed him, then I believed her, then switched again until as you say when he asked the policewoman out, that made me gasp, I thought it was a bit soon to actually reveal the liar. Why was Andrew so shocked that the man Laura accused previously had really assaulted her, was it a possessive thing? Didn't she take the glass without the drug? I can't warm to Laura, for some reason.
Dr Foster -towards the end I thought, a pair of nutters who deserve each other.
Rellik = not sure I'll be watching it, not keen on too many flashbacks and this is in reverse I believe, I don't want to work that hard.

I thought the shock ending would have concerned Dr Foster or Simon......her poor kid had been so overlooked it came as a suprise to me that the series should end with him as the focal point....i thought it was brilliant.
Apparently a lot of viewers felt cheated in some way.

Laura is quite cold and unlikable....though given the circumstances thats understandable.

Suanne Jones (Dr Foster) has sort of hinted that when she is free again in 2109 she would be happy to see if a third series had been planned. I bet, given its success and the way it finished, there will be one.

She is a bit cold. Her ex had been suspended from the police for acting on her behalf and trying to help her, and she never said a word about that. She also wants to cry on his shoulder after kicking him out of her flat.

Its because we are talking about 2 different programmes...Dr Foster has finished the 2nd series, there could be a third one in a couple of years but nothing has been written as yet.
LIAR....Is there two more episodes to go? Brilliant......I thought there was only one left.
It didn't come up on the Sky planner how many episodes there would be,

Yes, it was pretty much the same day I think. She doesn't know about her sister and her ex yet - I wonder how she'll react to that! I feel sorry for the sister's husband - she blatantly lied to him.
