taxing time for crisp boy

It would seem that taxes are only for the little people, it would seem that avoiding heading a football isn't the only thing lineker is famous for.
Now I am all for legal tax avoidance, after all it isn;t the governments money it is yours, what I tend not to be in favour of so much is the hypocrisy of those who do one thing whilst saying another.
this isn't the media out to get him, it was the taxman and the courts.
I am only sorry the oh so smug lineker isn't liable for the entire £700million being recovered from this aggressive tax avoidance scheme. I am sure he is really mad there isn't a labour government who turned a blind eye to that sort of thing for so many years.

under rules created by Gordon Brown, at the height of the ‘Cool Britannia’ movement, investors could claim tax relief on cash intended to finance UK films.
I wonder how many films were actually made.

Lol...so he really is the type to steal candy off a baby then?
I don't know anything about him tbh, saw him preening on a beach in Tenerife a couple of years back, he looked quite fit though.

Oh God No Nicko.
Good looks are nice, but they certainly don't make someone fanciable, humour, twinkle in the eye, kindness, personality etc are the things that make another person fanciable.

Re: taxing time for crisp boy
he might be a nice chap, only those who know him know that, however he shagged a model behind his wifes back, he has used aggressive tax avoidance that has now been declared illegal, whilst berating firms like starbucks who use legal methods.Syl wrote:nicko wrote:You fancy him then?

He was a minor talent footballer years ago who avoided heading the ball almost as much as he avoided tax it appears.
You know it takes the yearly licence fee of over 12000 licence payers to pay his salary each and every year

Put like that....he doesn't sound all that nice really.
All I know about him is he is an ex football player who now advertises crisps and introduces some footie show on TV....oh, and he preens a bit in turquoise shorts when he is on holiday.
