If only women could succeed in labour without all women shortlists
and BAME ( what an insulting term) candidates could get in without being on a quota.

On the other hand whenever we are shown a photograph of the Conservative Cabinet, we are blinded by all the white...

could you point out where I am any of those things?
I would say it's you that is the petty minded bigot who cannot argue your corner without insults. Do you have an opinion of your own, or do you get them all from rent a quote.

Now back to the original thrust of the thread, dont you agree that that election poster is pretty patronising at best.

the tories are running a huge number of candidates from all backgrounds in this election, none of them selected to fill some sort of quota. they all got where they are on actually being the best person for the job.
Labour patronised women last time round with their pink van and now they are doing it to ethinic minorities suggesting they are the only ones that can make them achieve.

I think you will find that the majority of people find that attitude pretty disgraceful
