Saw that. Apparently the kids thought it was Grandma on the line.
Poor mom...she's just trying. It's life in the family. And if dad locks the door, the kids bang on it. Can't win.

The mum was too rough Quill.
They should have better prepared and she can keep them occupied whilst he is having the interview on BBC
