PPP's new national poll finds that Donald Trump's popularity as President has declined precipitously just over the last two weeks. On our first poll of his Presidency voters were evenly divided on Trump, with 44% approving of him and 44% also disapproving. Now his approval rating is 43%, while his disapproval has gone all the way up to 53%. If voters could choose they'd rather have both Barack Obama (52/44) or Hillary Clinton (49/45) instead of Trump.
Just three weeks into his administration, voters are already evenly divided on the issue of impeaching Trump with 46% in favor and 46% opposed. Support for impeaching Trump has crept up from 35% 2 weeks ago, to 40% last week, to its 46% standing this week. While Clinton voters initially only supported Trump's impeachment 65/14, after seeing him in office over the last few weeks that's gone up already to 83/6.

-Voters are concerned by the implications of Trump's fight with the Judiciary. 53% of voters say they trust Judges more to make the right decisions for the United States, to only 38% who trust Trump more. And only 25% of voters think Trump should be able to overturn decisions by Judges that he disagrees with, to 64% who don't think he should be able to do that. Trump voters have evidently had enough of the Constitution and those pesky checks and balances though- 51% of them think he should personally be able to overturn decisions he doesn't agree with, to only 33% who dissent.

That court is a disgrace to objective courts and judges, everywhere. It's rejection rate speaks volumes of the judges' incompetence.

First, the Ninth Circuit is the largest of the Circuit Courts. In some circles, it is called the second Supreme Court because, given the size of the Supreme Court’s docket, most of the Ninth Circuit Court's rulings are left standing. For that reason, most of its opinions are highly respected. I have practiced before most of the Circuit Courts of Appeals, including the DC Circuit, and by far the Ninth Circuit gives cases the most thorough review.
No question the Ninth Circuit, sitting in San Francisco, is liberal. Look at the states it includes: California (largest state in the Union), Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, along with Alaska and Arizona. Only the last two are conservative, and (1) Alaska amounts to nothing, and (2) in Arizona it’s only LDS Phoenix…Tucson is highly liberal. The Ninth Circuit rules the country in most cases, and that is even less likely to change with a 4 – 4 split on the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court hears appeals from 50 states and 13 Circuit courts. The Supreme Court has discretionary review power, meaning it chooses the cases it want to hear. Of course, it wants to hear cases that have problems within the ruling…pro or con. There is a reasonable chance they will overturn.
In fact, the Supreme Court has reversed some 70 % of the cases it has reviewed between 2010 – 2015. The Ninth Circuit, with the most cases, has the most reviewed, and frankly, it’s reversal rate is quite tame. It’s not even the highest reversal rate in the system.
The Circuit Courts have the following reversal rates between 2010 - 2015: 6th Circuit - 87 percent; 11th Circuit - 85 percent; 9th Circuit - 79 percent; 3rd Circuit - 78 percent; 2nd Circuit and Federal Circuit - 68 percent; 8th Circuit - 67 percent; 5th Circuit - 66 percent; 7th Circuit - 48 percent; DC Circuit - 45 percent; 1st Circuit and 4th Circuit - 43 percent; 10th Circuit - 42 percent.
It should also be noted that the 9th Circuit never had the highest reversal rate in any individual term between 2004-15. It is a quiet and steady Circuit Court, that frankly rules most of the country by the shear volume of the cases it hears.

Independent is still wrong based off the premise independent makes.
That still 20% cases are won in this court. It means it was poor misdirection over whether non US citizens have rights under its constitution. Of course they do. No action can be taken against any Non US citizen, if it conflicts with the US constitution. The US constitution, even provides rights to its foreign enemies.

IT, you need to study statistics. Here's a good book for you: D Huff, How to Lie with Statistics. It's a good book because it tells one how most people misunderstand what is being said with numbers...and straightens them out.
Statistics inevitably are a summary comparison, which means you need two or more numbers, not one. Average is v+v+v/n; percentage is n/100, for example. Your argument demands a comparison of reversal rates of Circuit Courts. Eighty percent (or 79%) by itself is meaningless. There are 13 Circuit Courts. It is the comparison that is significant. They all have at least a 42% reversal rate, minimum. The Ninth Circuit compares very favorably over the years from 2004 - 2015.
The Ninth Circuit is down in the pack when it comes to reversal rates, which given the volume of cases it deals with, and the importance, is pretty good. Quite clearly, its judges are the greatest experts in US law.

Trump still has a Supreme Court justice to appoint. After that appointment is made, he'll appeal it to the Supreme Court, if necessary. Belive that.
