Here's How A Mosque That Burned Down Responded To So Much Hate
Around 5:00 AM on Friday, February 13, 2015, a horrible fire broke out in a Houston mosque and completely destroyed the structure and the many valuable contents housed therein.
"Preliminary investigation has concluded that the fire was started by a person," Quba Islamic Institute wrote on their Facebook page. "Who it was is unknown at this time. But the investigators have made clear that the fire was not accidental. Let us be clear: the investigation is ongoing. Please do not spread hate; spread love, tolerance, and harmony, just as Prophet Muhammad (S) did."
The hate came anyway. Here's how the mosque responded to all the hateful comments...
Regardless of our religious beliefs, we can all learn something from this mosque: Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that.

Some on here could learn from this example.
What a wonderful way to combat hate.

The replies are good Major. I think one of the greatest causes of problems (in the UK anyway) is that Muslims have NOT spoken out enough, especially about the Asian gangs who targeted young girls.
Dialogue is good....it's a lot better than silence.
Why take the Mosques down? IF there is evidence they are used to radicalise or brainwash others then yes definitely.
The Mosques that are used for the correct purpose, live and let live. x
