A funny thing about feet, and you will no doubt know this to be true.

When a lady gets a sudden intimate itch, somewhere where it would be socially unacceptable to see to in public, for me, if I scrape  or scratch the instep of my foot, it relieves it.

It's not about the foot being healthy, it's about the reflex points and what they tell you.    For example,  I had a client on day, a young girl in her 20's...she had a really lumpy, crunchy bladder reflex.  The bladder reflex point is on the inside of the foot just above the sole of the foot at the arch point, about an inch below the ankle bone.   Anyhoo, I worked it and asked her if she had any waterworks problems, she said no.  So I tested her kidney reflex and it was painful for her.  After loads of questioning, I told her she was dehydrated, and how much water did she drink?  She said, I never drink water.   I said, well...what do you drink?  She said..."All I drink is diet coke."   I told her, if you don't stop and start drinking water, you're gonna very sorry one day.

My mum gave me this thumb-clencher thingy that you put on the space between your forefinger and thumb and it relieves headaches. It bloody works too!

Horatio, what can I do to relieve my buttocks pain? It seems to be in my ‘sit bone’?
