This little bugga was about 3 feet from my face, the glass of the patio doors between us, I have 2 of him.

Was he not nervous at all?

Hes lovely Major. Thing is though foxes are becoming so tame now, that they can be harmed. We have them come into our garden all the time, but they do go if I go out, which Im glad. I don't want them to trust humans.

He is beautiful and you have captured his expression so well.

We used to have one walk through the garden at the same time every night, haven't seen him for a bit ...but we can hear their eerie howling in the fields sometimes.

A few nights ago a fox decided to have ago at my cat,
when I went out fox had gone, leaving 2 or 3 piles of brown hair in the garden. Cat was just sitting quietly washing himself. [ Never seen his tail looking so big]

Cat is the most vicious predator in the whole ecosystem. My female used to play on the deer trail above my side yard...one day she accidentally confronted an adult buck trotting down the path. She won.

Can well believe it, my cat had argument with a German Shepard some time a go, no problem for a fully grown "Bruiser".

The "howling" may be the call to copulate, saying "I am available Miss Vixen.."

Typical male....making a song and dance of everything. Charlie 2022273579
