Walnut the whippet takes final 'walk' in Cornwall
Hundreds of people joined a dog owner when he took his beloved but poorly whippet Walnut on a final walk.
Mark Woods encouraged people on social media under #walkwithwalnut to share the last outing on a beach in Cornwall.
Walnut the whippet, now 18 years old, is being put down because of ill health.
Mr Woods said the reaction from people around the world who had heard about Walnut on social media had been "incredible".

Beautiful and yet heart wrenching!

That's becasue most people aren't one-dimensional and just because you disagree with them on one topic doesn't make it that you have nothing else in common.

It's a very private thing, is dying...or should be...even for dogs. The last thing on my mind was filming my grief and my poor dog's death as I sobbed over his little fluffy head.
