The nhs is wrong to have offered anything to him... and the system is wrong for allowing them to come here and live on taxpayers expense.

The NHS didn't offer him a place training, the University of Bedfordshire did. Because of that he would likely be entitled to be paid at a very basic rate during his training, a sort of apprenticeship if you like.

It didn't offer him funding personally no. The NHS funds all medical based degrees (not sure about doctors though).
The university offered him the training place, the NHS funds it.

The neighbours should be more angry at the likes of Philip Green who looted BHS causing thousands to lose their jobs and ending up on benefits paid for by the state. He also looted millions which went to his wife as much to avoid tax. If all these people paid their taxes instead of hiding it abroad we would be in a position to have the money to build more social housing and avoid all this nonesense.

Why not? What makes his case any different to any other student?
Is his case different to an 18 year old for example whose parents live in a council house, live off benefits (working or non working) who is trying to better themself?
