The tories are up to their necks in corruption and election fraud, they'll drip it out slowly, look for a big news day to dump it on us, unless it's of some use to them then they'll use to distract attention away from something else, I'm glad the vile specimen is going, the state they've left the economy in, the increase in inequality, foodbanks, zero hours, the NHS, etc and poverty is a disgusting legacy.magica wrote:My thoughts too. I agree Scrat. I couldn't stand him, so two faced, just like Bliar, lining their own pockets, buying houses, and sticking two fingers up to all of us. I wonder how many politicians would live on the wages we have.

He had a yellow streak down his back, he never stood up for this country at all. He was weak, and an appalling PM. Glad he's gone. Now wait for the fallout.

Typical tory he sold state secrets to China and was happy to pay dividends to the publicly owned state railways of Italy, France and Germany, and then calls Corbyn unpatriotic for nor singing the national anthem, tories are just a bunch of Eton wastrels, always have been, always will be.magica wrote:He had a yellow streak down his back, he never stood up for this country at all. The tories only care about themselves and who they can fuck over, look at the state of the NHS and they blame the doctors, look at the state of the economy and they blame benefit scroungers and migrants, look at the state of the railways and they blame the staff, the list goes on.magica wrote:He never once cared about us. #DodgyDave has no need to do that because he's already loaded, but you're probably correct, it's all about greed, greed and corruption, but I agree with magica there's a lot more to resignation than meets the eye!nicko wrote:Bet he goes on the money trail like Bliar did.

Cameron's statement
"Having fully considered my position over the summer, I have decided that I am going to stand down as the Member of Parliament for Witney.
"There will now be a by-election and I will do everything that I can to help the Conservative candidate win that election.
In my view, the circumstances of my resignation as Prime Minister and the realities of modern politics make it very difficult to continue on the backbenches without the risk of becoming a diversion to the important decisions that lie ahead for my successor in Downing Street and the Government.
"I fully support Theresa May and have every confidence that Britain will thrive under her strong leadership."

I loved the way Farage tore into him on Ian Dale's LBC show tonight.
I have no time for Farage either, but he threw some mud at Dave.
Even tory boy Dale was agreeing.

THE modern day former conservative leaders -- Cameron in the UK (and the faux-Labour Tony Blair before him..), GW Bush in the US, Stephen Harper in Canada, John Howard in Australia -- have all left their countries in worse state economically, then when they took control...
Increased national debts, increased real unemployment levels, greater inequality across society, decreased services, increased privatisation, too many 'rights' for corporations over and above communities and individuals, and a more shaky and nervous world around their citizens..
A great legacy to leave behind them. And many of them and their cohorts have had corporate directorships waiting for them in retirement..

You were making a claim supposedly going back 100 years!!!
I am merely pointing out that the 2 labour prime ministers before Cameron were decidedly worse... so your claim is pure waffle!!!
Cameron gave his reasons for stepping down as MP... although he could have clung on like barnacle brown and carried on taking the money and expenses while not bothering to turn up at parliament and instead swanning around at business/corporate dinner events getting paid for getting up and saying a few words between the champagne toasts and the fish course...!!!

If this nation were at war extreme far right anti British racist filth like yourself would be interned, mostly for your own safety as types like you are thoroughly detested, why do you wave that silly lol flag? Is it your moniker? I don't think anything you say is funny, in fact quite the opposite I think you're a very sad and demented racist and fascist fraggle, although there are so few of you these days that I must admit that your begging and grovelling on behalf of the tories was rather amusing and somewhat entertaining.Tommy Monk wrote:

I think Blair was the worst PM this country had followed closely by Cameron.
I'm glad he's gone, bet his off shore bank account is loaded. He never cared about us.
I think Farage would be great as PM, but since he has no party now that will never happen.

Thatcher was the worst. I thought it at the time and it is even more true now following the revelation that she used bent police to fabricate evidence against the Yorkshire miners. Not forgetting that she closed more English factories than Hitler.

I actually don't mind Farage the man, I like outspoken people, I just can't get my head around some/most of his policies.
I do know a few black and Bulgarian people who voted for him, and a couple of Asian people too.
