Since I've been 'EXPOSED' to some of your affraid

nudey images of men and didn't say a word ...I hoped that sharing this gifted mans photo images and his art work {because that's what he does} and he promotes and sells his books & calendars for the support of all the veterans - Yours & Ours.

He's currently working on another Invictus photo lay out in Britain soooooo as I've been enjoying my FB page filled with those brave handsome male specimens ...I thought it was time you 'LADIES' got to share the wealth too! ENJOY ...

Hahahahaha great thread 4ever! The men aren't to my taste tbh (and I didn't means the missing limbs as that wouldn't bother me) but it's a great idea.
A superb idea, in fact. To give those men back their sexuality and masculinity like this, is incredible.

Well, as his photos are a form of ART as in any thing as divine as those Romian statues that pay tribute to the human body of both genders; yet the bible thumpers on our FB network won't leave M. Stokes alone and so many of his photos get reported for 'obscene' content, when the gutless only have to drop/ignore/or STOP following his daily & weekly up dates Suspect

And he's the only professional protographer to higher these Vets and allow them an opportunity to regain their self-esteem and feel ready to show the work their body scars! I love you

This was the one from 2014 that really busted my gut for outrage > ya, some rightwinged nut job - reported this image as to prolific & offensive for her sense's and instead of FB telling her to 'STOP FOLLOWING M. STOKES DAILY POSTINGS ON FB' they sent him a firm warning and pulled his account! Well that set off all of his followers and we rebelled and sent Mark Zuckerberg & FB millions of signatures explaining the difference between ART and PORN!

This is his video montage of the men that sacrificed their body parts for Life & Country and now for the publication of yet another 2 publications to benefit all veterans.

There are some very 'Hunky Fantastic Men' in this series.
The discussion on his FB page was about the lack of racial diversity; and M. Stokes has always tried to reach out & include all races for any of his photo shoots, but sadly the response from anyone non-white has been very limited and we're all very disappointed in that.
So hopefully in future photo shoots this will change!

But, that did make me LOL

I'm as frustrated as M. Stokes is about some of his FB followers betraying him!
And as I've told/warned those on my FB friends list - you don't like my images that are up loaded by my photographer friend and what he supports then FFS leave my FB listing and BLOCK ME.
I've got mine secured so that FB friends of friends can't see my images so that has eliminated many of his objectionable people and we've tried to get others to set up their FB pages to do the same security system Rolling Eyes

But there's always someone NEWBIE that just can't grasp the method and their aunt Annie's shock & horror when she's scanning her dear daughters FB page and instead of just ignoring it or letting her daughter handle the issue they 'HIT REPORT PORT' and then M. Stokes has another issue to resolve. Evil or Very Mad

Plus quite a few of them have been able to build a career from those photo's M. Stokes has put in his calendars and books that he sells to benefit the different Veterans Associations in the UK and America!
He's quite the amazing man for taking this on!

I read with great interest the linked article about Vichy Balch and her story and the reasons she pushed through and did her photo lay out! Remarkable young lady ...both of them should get in touch with M. Stokes - he's used a couple of other 'limited limbed' women on his previous photo layouts for his calendars; very stunning/moving women.

I found this thread really touching.
The pictures of the hunky men are fabulous, thank you, Laughing

but this photographer has looked past the oiled torso's, strong bums and impressive muscles, ignored the stumps and false limbs, and has tried to imagine what these men have been through, and God knows what scars they carry round that don't show.

My grandson had a life changing injury when he was small, I know how the physical difference has affected him throughout his childhood, so I can only imagine how these brave men have fought and come out to be proud of who they now are.

The Alton towers girl was mentioned in a thread a couple of weeks ago...she was criticised too, how small minded are some people?
