Turning our cities into middens. We've always had homeless, but this is getting out of control and God knows where it'll all end, or how. I know people who are moving out of London because it's getting more and more crowded and less and less safe to live.

These tent towns seem to be the norm now in our bigger cities. How it's even allowed is beyond me.
