Again how daft, how many would have even been stopped if drugs were decriminalized.
Again what a waste of Police resources no doubt to a small amount of drugs.
That is what you called incompetence on every level.
Not only that is does not even give how many stops and searches led to arrests, which is even more worrying, that poor stereotypes are still in use by Police forces. They claim many arrests but without offering up any data.

This forces clearly needs work on

I do agree that holding a small amount of weed and being stopped for it is really a waste of time.

If people didn't go around possessing weed, there would be no need to search anyone. Blaming the police for doing their job is a bit silly.
