No I don't know anything ....that's why the engineer is coming to sort it all out.
Normally they send the box through the post and  you sort it out yourself.

I am so out of date I even have the old Sky box (which I love) I don't even want the new all singing all dancing new one....but I have no choice.

Haha....I'm sure Korban is a gentleman and knows exactly what I mean.
I am surrounded by family and friends who know about as much as me technically....apart from grandson, who's fingers are so quick when fixing something on the pc  I am no wiser when he leaves than I was before he came.
