At least listen to the part around the 2:00 mark, it's awesome.
I'll try to interpret the growling:
"Noooo! Becky don't you go! This party's cooking up guilty lil' bats that love to go, yeah? We're gonna need the big statue to take it slow, but then that referendum 'bout to start to blow! BROTHERS LOITERING! BROTHERS' LAWYER ALL TRY -- BLERYER ORDERIN' -- WITH ENGINES ON THE CHECK, UUUUGGGHHHH ... (etc.)"
Re: What are you listening to?
OK, admit you posted that because the dude looks like DMX from my video It's kind of uncanny ...

This is simply, a beautiful love song. I know it's about drugs, but love is a drug, right?

Dies Irae (Day of Wrath) from Verdi's Requiem Mass.
This is the music that I've chosen to conclude my funeral service. It's not that I will be feeling particularly wrathful (though a bit miffed, maybe!) but because it's the most inspiring piece of music I know, and I can't think of a noisier and more appropriate way to depart this world.

That was the 97's right? You've posted that before I think. Had a bit of listen to a couple of their tracks.
So, what do you think of this one of theirs?

Antonin Dvorak's Stabat Mater. A bit of a marathon, but most relaxing after a really shitty day.

Sorry, that's Southern American for "I think he blows." Trying to use fewer euphemisms ...

Re: What are you listening to?
I think I read that Ben or was it someone else who said they like Chopin? I was going to reply to the post but I lost it.
My OH was determined to get me to like classical music as much as he does. I told him that was most unlikely, cos most of it sounds melancholy compared to the sort of music I liked. He did not press the issue - well that never works, does it - but through years of listening to him play classicals, it just slowly grew on me.
Now I adore Chopin's work, as it's primarily piano based and I definitely have a thing for the piano based classicals. One of my fave pieces is by another composer, Pachelbel - Cannon in D, and after listening to the violin, sax and piano versions of it, no surprise that the piano version was for me, the best by far.

'Twas me! Chopin is brilliant, not only is the music fantastic, but every pianist who approaches it gives it a unique translation. You could listen to Chopin forever and not get bored
