You will see how Israel at its infancy, where the Palestinians started a civil war against the Jews which later had upon Israel independence countless Arab nations invade with vast resources, weapons, planes, tanks, armored vehicles and men, with one sole intent. To wipe out the Jews. This gave steel into the hearts of the Jews and helped then gain victory over a vastly superior force. The Arabs and Palestinians through their aggressive hate started what we continue to see today. The Palestinians could have had a nation after the British dissolved the Mandate, but instead chose war and hate. Even before the partition plan in 1937, they were offered more land that the partition plan.They never have had a nation, but could of had one once the British left, so their failings still are what is causing the problem today. Their inability to have peace. Israel was able to acquire land rightly won from a defensive war, where they were attacked. It was never Arab land, as to state this would be utterly racist denying other ethnic groups living and having a right to live in a land. Its like saying Poland should not exist, because its Russian and German land. Its like saying Bosnia should not exist, because its Serbian land.
This is the real history of a people who had just gone through the holocaust within 3 years yet again, fought for their very survival.

The biggest surprise in this infant Israeli air force, is that its fighters were German Messerschmitt 109's.The bravery of these people is astounding

I thought David took the sword from Goliath and cut off his head as he lay on the ground dazed.

Fair point and to be honest not sure, as its been a few years since I read the bible
