Why is America so angry?
The American people have had enough and are turning on their government. Here we analyse exactly why the public are rallying against the establishment - from political, social and economic reasons to the rise of hardliners such as Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders

Meh...I think Jeb said it all: "Please clap."
It's not America that is angry, it's the Republicans. Jeb's cynicism was not directed at American, it was directed at New Hampshire Republicans.
And there's no comparison between Bernie Sanders and Sonald Trump. Neither are hardliners. Trump is a master of short quips, which are delivered for their shock-value, and Sanders is basically a one-trick pony on the economy. They are not even in the same game, let alone the same league.
Look in 15-short years Republicans have gone from seeing their leaders falsify the reasons for a massively expensive war, and thence to a program of lies, kidnapping, rape, torture and murder, thence to self-discovery of their own racism, and now on to the residual dregs of a few clowns batting each other with foam-rubber mallets. Face it...that's what you are talking about, innit?
Don't include the vast majority of Americans, who consider themselves Democrats or nonaligned. It's only Republicans. Everyone sloughs off dead skin, or clips long toenails...gets a haircut. America is just shedding off Republicans. The rest of us? Business as usual.

Be nice to have some comments where the poster has actually read the article, which clearly Quill did not

The article is second-hand news, from a country that is completely out of the loop. Take a look and you'll see that my comments are right on point.
Hate Barack Obama? Who??? That "other" guy. "Take back our country?" Republicans are racists, so of course they hate a black president. It's the Republicans, stupid.
Washington is broken? Washington's doing fine. It's the Republican Congress, who hates a black president, who has said in the McConnell-Boehner doctrine that they would rather see the country fail than see a black president succeed. Republicans have abandoned all governing, so Congress grinds to a halt. The rest of Washington is doing fine.
The Economy broken? The economy is great. Dr. Obama has unemployment down to 5%. Jobs are on the rise. There have been 292,000 new jobs generated in December and 151,000 and counting so far in January. Oil is readily available, pumping energy and vigor into all markets that rely on transportation to deliver their products. The Chinese have put a dent in the world market early this year, but America is doing great. Relax...couldn't be better.
Billionaires v. Socialism? This is not anger, but disgust at what Republicans have done to the economic structure in America. But all the energy is in 'taking back'. Rich Republicans have been taking value from American and exporting it to Asian nations, where they can obtain cheap labor. Meanwhile, the Koch Bros. have been busy buying Republican politics. It has resulted in a resolve to put the American foot down. This is a great thing.
Anger? Only losers can justify anger. Democrats have won 5 of the last 6 presidential races. Republicans have nested themselves in retail politics--the House and in governors positions around the country--but they are lost on the national front. The only anger you see in the electorate is toward the do-nothing Congress. And that will soon resolve itself come November.
Things are looking up. Democrats are grinnin'. And Trump? Entertaining...innit?
