A fitness trainer was jailed for five years for knowingly infecting two unsuspecting young women with HIV after claiming he was allergic to latex and condoms "didn't fit". Vile Simon James, 46, contracted the HIV virus in 1995 and was supposed to be taking medication to lower the risk of him passing it on. But he had unprotected sex with two future girlfriends around 15 years later without telling them about his illness. And even when his "hand was forced" to confess he was HIV positive, James pretended he was taking his medication - and that it made him non-infectious.
