[*]Jemma Beale made false rape and sexual assault claims against 15 victims
[*]She claimed said she was a lesbian since the age of 10 with 'no interest' in men
[*]Victim Mahad Cassim had sex with her after night out but was jailed for rape
[*]Another man was charged for a sex attack and fled country with life in tatters
[*]Beale would even injure herself and use self-inflicted cuts and bruises as proof
[*]She has been jailed for a decade by a judge at Southwark Crown Court today

Evil woman.
Any woman who cries rape falsely, ruining the lives of innocent men, should be dealt with as severly as the men who DO rape.
Considering she did this several times, the 10 year sentence is lenient imo.

Countries like Australia and the USA should follow Britain's lead on this one -- and allow the media to 'name and shame' women like her, rather than still protecting the guilty, while naming their innocent victims, from day one..

While at the same time, those abhorrent and disgusting women like her only make it that much harder for the genuine majority of victims of sexual assaults to get proper justice, often even maybe dissuading some from complaining in the first place, after seeing the fallout of actions like hers.

As well as ruining the lives of innocent men who may have been jailed, or bashed or even killed, as a result of false claims, and sometimes biased or bigotted judges and juries..

The names of sexual assault victims/alleged victims/suspected victims are automatically protected from publication -- fair enough, as it should be...

However, the names of the alleged pepetrators can usually be published from day one, (unless theire's a special reason to hide their identity -- like when revealing their identity could also identify the victim (s)) -- a lot of people do reckon that offenders shouldn't be named until they have actually been convicted..

Even when an alleged rapist is found innocent, and even after the alleged "victim" has been subsequently charged with making false allegations, her identity is still concealed by that legislation, unless the judge makes a court ruling allowing her to be named.

I've only seen those women guilty of false claims, here in NSW, being so named two or three times over the last few decades -- because the judges had decided that naming serial offenders was in the public interest..
