well i don't think the rules are being kept , a few of the threads are way of topic and it was mentioned but just ignored .

Actually the forum is built on Ben having the rights to this site and doing what the hell he likes with it.
He did not of course force you to join and as such you are a guest on his site.
So you have the following options:

1) Stop whinging and respect its his forum.
2) Send him a PM with a suggestion
3) Do as everyone else does and report a break in the rules.
4) Leave the site

Contacting an admin via PM is the best way to report an abuse or problem. The admins don't read every post, so just like the police, we need the members' help to know when trouble's a-brewin'

Look Eddie, if her father is ill and she wants to vent those frustrations at me, that is fine, I would prefer they are directed at me and nobody else. Hence my view she should not take it out on lurker. I would rather she vent that anger at me. I can handle it, as if it helps deal with this difficult time, then I am more than happy to accomadate. So let her vent her anger, as its better to relase than allow it to bottle up inside. She has to respect not to hit out at others who were not being nasty and Lurker was not nasty. If this is a place where Dibs is able to relase emotions then I back that 100 percent. She needs to let out the emotions, allow her to do so, as it will help. Sometimes the person who annoys you the most is far easier to not allow yourself to feel guilty when we lose control because we are hurt seeing someone close suffer. I respect that. There is no harm done here, I have no ill will for her at all, but Lurker is part of Bens own forum creation here and did not deserve that.

You do not need to have a word, she is going through a tough time, I understand that, hence why I already know she knows it was wrong to say and never meant it. No harm was done, I would just rather that she has the support of the rest of her family around her. I suspect she is taken on many responsibilities here and is too proud to allow others to help. She is the rock for all the family which can place a heavy burden. Again I respect that, so am not offended Eddie and there is no need to say anything.

I think the Best way to Highlight the absolute pointlessness of such a button is that the abuse reports are dealt with largely by me.  

I don't know what you think it would achieve HF but probably not the desired result

So the answer is YES it has been considered and it it was considered pointless
