It's pretty disturbing, agreed. And I almost get the sense that Tommy's somehow saying it's worse when boys are molested than when it happens to girls? Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but he does seem oddly fixated on the boys victimized by men, and I've known people with that attitude before.
