'Ruthless' Little Biker Gets 'Parking Ticket,' Reacts Appropriately
Parking tickets are the worst -- as this little offender can tell you.Declan Tramley, a 3-year-old from Halifax, Nova Scotia, was cruising around on his red plastic motorcycle on Sunday when he parked it in a "no-parking zone." Constable Shawn Currie had just asked another motorcyclist to move his vehicle from that area and after joking around with Bruce Tramley, the 3-year-old's father, Currie went over to Declan and pretended to ticket him. Of course, Declan did what any of us would've done had we received a ticket -- he facepalmed.
Halifax Regional Police
Remember, you cannot park your motorcycle in the circle by the ferry terminal, we caught this ruthless biker there yesterday.
Bruce caught the priceless reaction on camera, and the Halifax Regional Police Department shared the photograph on Facebook. Naturally, it gained quite a bit of attention with almost 15,000 likes as of Wednesday afternoon." Though the 3-year-old's facepalm may seem almost too perfect for the situation, Lisa told HuffPost that it was his "genuine, candid reaction that just happened to be caught." And while the tot looked pretty annoyed at the ticket, which he got to keep, Lisa said that her son is actually very proud of it."He adores the fact he has a ticket, not really understanding what it means," she said. "It is just a blank ticket. He tells everyone he has a ticket." As for Curry, he says the incident really just goes to show that the police aren't all business. “It’s nice to show the different sides of police,” he told CTV News of the hilarious photo. “We’re not always making arrests and hauling people away … we like to have fun.”
